Flow Tour comes to Santiago, Chile
A flowrider competes on an artificial wave during the Flow Tour 2016 in Santiago, Chile. Artificial waves are created by powerful pumps that throw thousands of liters of water against a wall. The size of the wave can be regulated to suit the skills of the surfer and can reach a height up to three meters.
