Fidel Castro’s ashes are buried in Santiago de Cuba
The remains of former Cuban President Fidel Castro were buried December 4, 2016 in Santiago de Cuba, after journeying across Cuba from Havana to their final resting place. Sunday marked the last of a nine-day mourning period after Castro died November 25 at the age of 90.
