Sanne Wevers edges Laurie Hernandez, Simone Biles in Olympics balance beam
Sanne Wevers of the Netherlands took gold in the women’s gymnastics balance beam competition at the Rio Olympics. Laurie Hernandez and Simone Biles of the United States claimed silver and bronze, respectively.
