The 2016 Motor Trend International Auto Show Baltimore takes place at the Baltimore Convention Center from Thursday, February 4, to Sunday, February 7. There are more than 500 of the newest cars, trucks, SUVs and crossovers in a variety of sizes and price ranges on display. Show goers will have a chance to sit in, pop the hood and “kick the tires” without being pressured by salesmen. Some car manufacturers even allow live test drives of some of their latest models right outside the convention center on the streets of Baltimore where Grand Prix cars once raced.
For the past five years, members of the Chesapeake region Antique Automobile Club of America have participated in the annual car show. Among the vintage cars on display this year are a 1928 Studebaker President, a 1934 Pierce-Arrow 840A 4-door convertible, a 1962 Corvair 95 Rampside and a 1985 W15 Buick Riviera.
