Homing pigeon show in England
Pigeons, to some, are nothing more than rats with wings. However, homing pigeons are another story; Queen Elizabeth II keeps pigeons at the Sandringham Estate in the Norfolk countryside. At the three-day ‘British Homing World Show of the Year,’ homing pigeon fanciers from across Europe gather to find the Supreme Show Champion with judges casting their eyes over hundreds of birds on display. The Royal Pigeon Racing Association organises the event at The Winter Gardens in Blackpool, England.
