Noah Scialom, Baltimore Street Photographer
Baltimore street photographer Noah Scialom is no stranger to neighborhoods like Sandtown-Winchester. His method is to try to become a recognized face in the community, so when he photographs his subjects, they know and trust him. Armed with either his iPhone or his DSLR, Scialom frequently spends his days walking around Baltimore’s neighborhoods and making documenting the lives of its residents. An occasional freelancer for the Baltimore Sun Media Group, Scialom has made some headlines of his own — including when he recently snapped a photo of a Baltimore police officer with his gun out.
Take a look at the next installment in our series, Baltimore Street Photographer.
Scialom shared more than 100 images of his work, but you can follow him on Instagram to see more at @Knowaphotographer. If you are a Baltimore Street Photographer (or know one) and would like to be featured in this series, contact series producer Jon Sham at jsham@baltsun.com.

Great pix. Some beautiful, some poignant, some joyful, some tragic. The squalor in parts of the city is depressing.
