As a Baltimore street photographer, Scott Mislan fashions himself more of an instigator than a voyeur. He likes to get people to warm up to him so he can photograph them as they are. He spends a lot of his time taking pictures in and around bars in Canton and Fells Point, where he finds his most compelling subjects.
