A knife-wielding college student killed three people and injured 25, police said, in the rare incident on Taipei’s metro on Wednesday. - A dwarf walks in between mushroom-shaped houses after performances at Kunming World Butterflies Garden, Yunnan province . The “Kingdom of The Dwarves” opened in the summer of 2009 with over 100 people suffering from dwarfism from all over China, forming a unique community. The only criteria for a job in the “Kingdom Of The Dwarves” is to be shorter than 130cm. - A police officer (top) grabs a man who tries to jump off the seventh floor of a hotel, in Chengdu, Sichuan province. The 32-year-old man attempted to commit suicide on Monday after a failed relationship. Police and his ex-girlfriend managed to talk him down 3 hours later, local media reported. (Reuters)
