South Korean divers swam though dark, cold waters into the sunken ferry on Wednesday, feeling for children’s bodies with their hands in a maze of cabins, corridors and upturned decks as they searched for hundreds of missing. Dinh Jason, an American man of Vietnamese origin, was found guilty and sentenced to death for an attempt to smuggle more than 1 kg (2.2 lb) of heroin from Vietnam to Australia, state-run newspapers reported on Wednesday.
