Sochi Olympics Day 5: Mancuso wins skiing bronze, curling begins, U.S. women’s hockey cleans up
Germany’s Maria Hoefl-Riesch defended her Olympic gold in the women’s super-combined event, edging out American skier Julia Mancuso in the slalom portion of the competition.
On the ice, Canadian speedskater Charles Hamelin took gold in the short-track 1,500 meters race.
