Typhoon Soulik batters Taiwan, heads to mainland China
At least one person was killed and 21 injured when Typhoon Soulik roared across Taiwan on Saturday. Thousands were evacuated in Taiwan, as well as in mainland China where residents were preparing for the typhoon’s arrival.
