Ahhh! Big rubber duck takes over Hong Kong, next stop is the U.S.A
Florentijn Hofman’s floating duck sculpture called “Spreading Joy Around the World” has been warming the hearts of onlookers everywhere. Since 2007, the inflatable duck has traveled to 10 countries and 12 cities. Most recently, the some 54 ft installation spent time in Hong Kong from May 2 to June 9. According to Hofman’s Facebook page, the next stop for the rubber ducky is Pittsburgh, U.S.A.

Hassan Rohani was named Iran’s new president Saturday after voters turned out last week for the historical election. Rohani will take over from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who has held the post for two consecutive terms.

Hans Marx: Award-winning Sun photographer
Hans Marx, a self-taught photographer, worked for The Baltimore Sun from 1937 to 1955. His award-winning career was capped in 1953 when he was recognized as the Newspaper Photographer of the Year by the National Press Photographers Association.
