Time lapse: Opening Day at Oriole Park
This time lapse of Opening Day at Oriole Park was shot over the course of five hours – starting at 10 a.m. outside the stadium and ending right before the game began.
I used a Nikon D7000 with a 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, and set the interval timer on the camera to take one image every five seconds. The shots were gathered from various locations around the park, including the Eutaw Street footbridge, windows in the B&O Warehouse, and from seating areas in the park.
The song playing under the time lapse is Edward Meeker’s “Take Me Out to the Ball Game,” thanks to a creative commons license, but if you listen carefully toward the end, you can hear the fans chanting “O!” during the National Anthem. Enjoy!

I love this, Jon. And I bet this will be a favorite with fans for years to come. It will have a long shelf life.
