NASA celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope, which is operated by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and the Space Telescope Science Institute.
The East Coast bore witness to a hybrid solar eclipse this morning, which kicked off around 6:38 a.m. according to Weather.com. The eclipse lasted about 30 minutes.
New images released by NASA this week depict an enormous hurricane whipping around Saturn’s north pole. Taken by NASA’s Cassini spacecraft, the photos show a storm with an eye about 20 times the the size of a typical hurricane on Earth.
