Halloween is beginning to take off in a surprising destination: Cuba.

The size of the wave can be regulated to suit the skills of the surfer and can reach a height up to three meters.
The Costa Rican authorities suspended operations at the country’s main airport Monday after the nearby Turrialba volcano erupted, sending a thick ash cloud into the sky. Turrialba erupted twice Monday, first at dawn and again just before noon. The second eruption sent an ash cloud 13,000 feet into the air.
Ticket sales for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games have surged following a slow start, to second-best in the games’ 56-year history, after London, according to the Associated Press. Competitions run through Sunday.
